Paddle thermometer stays put for no-fuss use.
When you’ve got a pot full of boiling sugar syrup, the last thing you want is to be fussing with your candy thermometer. This unique paddle design increases the thermometer’s stability for quick and easy reading, while keeping the thermometer’s tip off the bottom of the pan for accuracy. Common stages (soft ball, hard crack, etc.) printed right on the thermometer for ready reference. Reads from 60ºF to 400ºF (20ºC to 200ºC).
